In the first 12 weeks after your crash, 25 physiotherapy, 25 chiropractic and 12 massage sessions are automatically pre-approved by ICBC. Coverage continues past 12 weeks with ICBC's approval. You don't need to be at fault, and you don't need a referral, just your claim number.
